1. Dr. K. A. Raju
Dr. K.A. Raju, specializes in Electronic Documentation and Library Sciences and retired as Director, Centre on Rural Documentation (CORD) of the National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad. Dr. Raju maintained a Large Library, by automating the housekeeping activities; apart from initiating innovative services like CORD Alerts, Abstracts, Index and other bibliographical services. He also published periodically the Directories of Researches, Institutions and Experts in Rural Development.
Dr. Raju has been engaged in conducting action research in information requirements of rural people, established two Public Information Kiosks (PIKs) at two places in AP in the year 2000 in order to use ICTs to provide access to the knowledge systems thereby empower the poor.
He has been conducting several other small research projects with the funding of NIRD. He also worked as Managing Editor for Journal of Rural Development of NIRD and other publications besides managing the Information, Extension and Communication center for over 5 years.
He has to his credit over 40 Innovative Research papers in various aspects of Documentation and Library Sciences. He has won various awards such as Prize winner for designing NIRD Emblem; and Potti Sri Ramulu Telugu University Hyderabad, Endowment Award for significant contribution in the field of Library & Information Sciences

2. Chetan Sharma
 

Chetan Sharma is the Founder of Datamation Foundation Trust www.datamationfoundation.org (a registered non-profit organization) conferred with the National E-Governance "Silver Icon" Awards under the Exemplary Leadership and ICT Achievement Category—a rare private, non-governmental initiative chosen for the second highest category of award, for two years in a row—2004, 2005,in a galaxy of Govt. e-Governance Projects.

In addition, Chetan Sharma is the Founder & CEO of the Datamation Group of companies www.datamationindia.com one of India's most reputable Knowledge Management company employing over 2500 whole-time people from marginalized and deprived communities. The mission at Datamation ever since inception, has been to empower the weakest of the weak specifically women & youth with the deployment of innovative models in Education, Health and livelihood opportunities.

He has been an active Researcher in diverse development areas viz. Education, Health Care, Urban Infrastructure, Tourism, e-Governance and Gender.

He has been working in the monitoring, evaluation, research & capacity-building initiatives of the Universalization of Elementary Education (UEE), National Urban Renewal Mission (NURM), National Rural Employment Guarantee , National Rural Health Mission and various Health Programs, in partnership with the Govt. of India and State Governments.

He has been working actively for linking the disadvantaged communities specifically women & youth with innovative livelihoods & skills enhancement tools, enabled by Information & Communication Technologies (ICTs). He has been engaged in setting up NGO networks in diverse development areas.

He has been a strong proponent and implementer of innovative Iivelihood, skills enhancement, primary education and health-care approaches in India, South Asia's and few African countries. Some of these initiatives have been recognized the world over—recent one being the Global Knowledge Partnership (www.globalknowledge.org) International Gender and ICT Award conferred at the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS).

He is the Member of the National Apex Committee on E-Governance set up by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology-Govt. of India, Member of the National Task Force set up by the Ministry of Human Resources Development-Govt. of India on the Monitoring & Evaluation of the Elementary Education National Committee of CII on Education, Member of the Governing Council Member of the India Country Development Gateway—a World Bank-Govt. of India Project, Member of the Centre for Public Policy-Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

He actively works with the United Nations backed Gender & Youth Caucuses of the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS).

Chetan Sharma holds Post-Graduate Degrees Business Administration and Computer Applications; and topped Pune University in both Programs. Apart from these formal Programs, he has undergone short-duration Programs in Rural Management from the Indian Institute of Rural Management, Anand, Gujarat; and other Executive Programs at the Harvard Business School.

He has participated in several short-term Programs, Conferences, Consultations and Workshops in the areas of interest. He has been a regular speaker at various national and international seminars.
